| The souvenir
gift this year is your choice of an apron
or a stadium type blanket
that rolls up and has a weather proof vinyl on the out side.
The color of both items is black. These have to be
prepaid
with your registration. |
Phyllis says,
"Someone, please order the apron. It is SO cute." |
| The top link on the left,

campgrounds and such. Phyllis has plans for home
stay accommodations also, as time gets closer.
Please contact her for more information. |

In the years past,
there have
been several events that many women have enjoyed over and over each
year with just a bit of differences attributed to the different
hosts.
Scavenger
Hunt:
Not every year, but often times, the ladies are
given a list of varying items to collect on the trip to the NDLR.
The items are generally not hard to find, but you usually
have to take a bit of time along the way to collect the
specific
items.
Gift
Exchange:
Every year there is a gift exchange. If you bring a gift, you
can take a gift. Some are wrapped, some are not.
There is usually a theme to the gifts.
Friday Night
Theme Party:
Now some of the ladies can take this to the extreme! You are
encouraged to dress in costume. Whether you do or
not, you will have a great time!
Group Photo:
There is usually a group photo taken. The photographer
usually provides information in your registration bag with
instructions on
how to pay. Often times the photographer will set up to do
individual pictures too.
Saturday
Night Banquet:
This
is generally an additional charge
(not included in registration)
Awards are presented for some of the contests.
Some attendees get to tell their stories on how they found the North
Dakota Ladies Run.
Kathy announces where the next one will be.
This is a great way to finish up our weekend and you will
surely
have a great time!

| The
hostess would like to let everyone
know that if you have something you would like to have put
in the Goodie Bags, please send it to her. If you have an
event you would like everyone know about, or a
business you would like to promote, business cards, promo items,
anything really. Send about 150 copies .
She will make sure it gets into the Goodie Bags. |

The
Archives Page was constructed with the help of Tami
Henninger,
from Bismarck.
At her suggestion,
we have added many other pages such as, the In
Memory Page,
the Women owned Business
Page,
the Her
Story Page, to name a
few.
Tami has provided a wealth of information for most of the pages found
here, not to mention her uncanny ability to proof Cindy's writing and
find the miserable spelling errors. A Big Thanks goes out to Tami.
If you would like to see something added to these pages,
please
contact Tami or Cindy. And please stop by Tami's personal web site to
check
out some of the great stuff she has posted. TQOFE
