When these gatherings first started we
really didn't
have a "host" although, Kathy Enders did most of the
organizing along with all the attendees pitching in.
As
years passed and the numbers increased we started going to the home
towns of some of the attendees; they were the ones to say, "Hey, I
would like to host one in my town in such and such a year."
